Thank you for joining the World Mental Health Day campaign: Meaningful Connections Matter

10 October is World Mental Health Day.

This year Mental Health Australia is sharing three daily tip calendars so you can practice good mental health every day, and by the end of the month, you will have a great new set of wellbeing habits to help improve your mindset.

This year’s theme is Meaningful Connections Matter, and the calendars highlight different ways you can connect with loved ones, connect with your community, connect with colleagues, connect to supports and services, and most importantly, connect with yourself.

The daily tips are simple, fun, and accessible for all.

MENTAL HEALTH AUSTRALIA

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY

Mental Health Australia acknowledges First Nations peoples as the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia, and their continuing connection to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to all Elders both past and present and express our support to voice, treaty and truth telling. We also acknowledge the unique contribution of people with lived experience of mental ill health and those who love and care for them in championing mental health reform. As an inclusive organisation we celebrate people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, bodies, and abilities.
